THE NEXT EVOLUTION OF BODYLOVE LAB
BODYLOVE LAB WAS ORIGINALLY CREATED AND LAUNCHED IN 2017
And over the course of two years, dozens of people joined the live program and used it to remake their relationship to their body (and the people in their lives, as a result).
The cornerstone of the BodyLove Lab group coaching program was it's companion book, The 6 Pillars of BodyLove©, by group creator Cera Byer.
In this new iteration of the program, The BodyLove Book Club, members will receive 1 chapter of the book each month.
The chapters include journal prompts for you to explore and "lab activities" for you to implement in your own life.
In our private FB community, we will discuss the months chapter, unpack what we're discovering, and support one another in healing.
There will be one live q&a call per month with Cera, where you can ask questions and get ongoing support.
At the end of the program, all participants will receive a signed bound copy of the first print edition of the self-published book.

What's Included?
The structure of this program is designed to be very simple, very spacious, and easy to digest. The goal is for you to get fast healing, not do a bunch of homework!
- Each month you'll receive one "chapter" of The 6 Pillars of BodyLove©, which will introduce you to the theme of the month and provide you with journal prompts and exercises to implement in your own life.
- Once per month we'll meet for a live Q&A and discussion where you can ask Cera questions and share your experiences.
- You'll get access to a private Facebook group for ongoing discussion and community support to share what you're discovering.
At the end of the year, all participants will receive an advanced signed print copy of The 6 Pillars Of BodyLove© book.
